Marketing Execution & Analytics Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented marketing enthusiast, fueled by a passion for creating fast-paced marketing schedules and mastering personalized messaging campaigns? We are looking for a Marketing Execution & Analytics Coordinator to join our team! As a vital member of our marketing team, you’ll play a key role in collaborating with your marketing team, as well as our event and digital teams to analyze and refine marketing automation strategies and ensure seamless marketing automation execution.
Job Purpose
Support a diverse number of attendee and exhibitor/sponsor marketing initiatives for our in-person & virtual conferences as well as our on demand continuing education platforms.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
  • Spearhead the construction and deployment of multi-month marketing campaigns with our event/digital teams, while maintaining a clear view of the customer journey including:
a. Execute marketing automation programs and managing email campaigns which involve audience lists, logic building, email creation, scheduling, deployment, and tracking/measuring progress.
b. Managing websites and track/measure progress to provide meaningful insights for better decision-making and strategies.
  • Work closely with event and digital product teams to provide fresh ideas and guidance with legacy campaigns.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience with Adobe Marketo Engage (or equivalent email marketing automation software), Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, and CRM database management, search, and segmentation.
  • Would be considered a benefit/asset:
  • Working proficiency with WordPress, HTML
  • Working proficiency in Google Analytics GA4, Google AdWords, and SEO tactics.
  • Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or InDesign.
  • Experience in paid/organic LinkedIn marketing, social CPC campaigns.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
About You (Skills & Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience. Post-secondary education would be an asset.
  • Experience with Marketo Engage or similar email marketing automation software.
  • Foundational understanding of email marketing best practices and KPIs.
  • Team Player: excel in cross-team collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills to provide effective support to end users.
  • Experience with traditional marketing pieces such as direct mail, conference guides, and signage would be an asset.
  • Experience in trade shows, conferences and/or events – both in-person and virtual, would be considered an asset.
Travel: Ability to travel to events across North America from time to time would be considered an asset.

Work Environment: This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and enjoy a hybrid schedule arrangement, working in the office 1-2 days per week. While this position reports into our office located in Pickering, Ontario, we are open to considering fully remote applicants.
